We inspect each jar, as we are hand packing them with plenty of bubble wrap. However, there could be a probability that a jar might arrive with the seal on the lid popped. That can only happen when the box is dropped hard by the carrier. We will not replace or refund on jars that arrive with the seals popped. If this should happened, please know that the product is still good.
When purchasing over 6 jars, we will have to SPLIT the load to ensure that the jars arrive safely; therefore, shipping fees will be slightly higher.
Why? Because the system calculates shipping fees for one box and not two.
We will pickup the difference in sending a PAYPAL invoice to collect the difference.
